2. Payment and Pricing

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to clients in advance where applicable.

All prices are subject to confirmation based on property size, condition, and specific requirements.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or failure to provide access to the property at the agreed time may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Privacy

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services at all times.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will review and address your concerns promptly.

6. Liability

YAD CLEANING SERVICES LTD is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty installations.

• Stains, marks, or damage that cannot be removed using standard professional cleaning methods.

• Items not securely fixed or improperly installed.

We are only responsible for damages directly caused by our negligence during service delivery.

7. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe access to the property and ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available where required.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if:

• There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

• The environment poses a safety risk.

• Payment terms are not honoured.
