Cancellation Policy
Time is valuable for both our clients and our cleaning team. To ensure fairness and protect scheduled bookings, YAD CLEANING SERVICES LTD has introduced the following Cancellation Policy, which also applies to rescheduling.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
When a booking is cancelled at short notice, our cleaners lose scheduled income and allocated time slots that could have been offered to other clients. Cancellation fees help cover staff time and operational costs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees

| Cancellation or rescheduling between 6–24 hours before the scheduled start time (if a cleaner has been assigned) | £30 |
| Cancellation or rescheduling less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time (if a cleaner has been assigned) | £50 |
| No Show – Cleaner arrives but cannot access the property or the client is unreachable within 30 minutes | £50 |
| Subscription cancellation at any time, if upcoming scheduled services have already been assigned to a cleaner | £50 |
No Show Policy
If our cleaner arrives at the scheduled time but:
The client is not reachable within 30 minutes, and
The cleaner cannot gain access to the property
A £50 No Show fee will apply.
The fee will only be charged if our cleaner provides evidence of arrival, including:
Record of attempted contact (calls or messages), and
Photo evidence confirming attendance at the property.
